Judy Lakin

President

As Vista 14 President, Judy’s mandate includes expanding overall growth and services across key practice areas and disciplines including marketing, advertising, corporate communications, data, analytics and media. In addition, Judy is a principal and serves on the company’s board. Judy’s distinguished career as strategic and results-oriented executive includes roles at Cox Media Group, Clear Channel Radio, and New York Life. As a six-time recipient of the Media Alliance Award, including the 2019 Silver Star of Excellence, Judy brings to the position a successful track record of more than 25 years of experience in high-profile leadership positions with nationally-recognized sales achievements from the media, marketing and advertising industries.

Judy is an advertising industry leader and respected advocate, credited as a trailblazer and helping to set the standard for outstanding women in advertising, marketing and the media. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Advertising Education Foundation of Houston, on the Executive Board for Houston Media Classic, as Director of the Snow Drop Foundation and as a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Her vision is inspirational, and that inspiration is contagious. Jeff brings over 23 years of award-winning marketing campaigns, visual design and unique customer experiences. His success is driven by taking risks and pushing the edges of branding, digital presence and future-technologies that engage audiences and delivers true return on investment. His executive career has spanned numerous agencies, specialties and industries, including such companies as Atlantic Records, Clear Channel Communications, Sony, HP, Logitech, Texpo Energy, Grande Communications, Willis Group, GMAC and GE Capital.

He is “Inspired by Possible”, a phrase memorialized by a colleague to convey the perpetual optimism, creativity and enthusiasm he brings to our clients, their business challenges and company goals. Jeff leads clients to better communicate what their audiences needs to “see or hear” from their brand, with the understanding that everything a brand does comes together to create a total brand experience. Recognized widely for his achievements as a communications professional, his work has been awarded numerous times by the American Marketing Association, America Business Awards and the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts.

Jeff is a published author, investor and strategic advisor who has participated in numerous entrepreneurial ventures at different stages of development and funding. He currently serves on the boards of three companies and two non-profits focused on youth development and community service.

Al is responsible for providing the best agency solutions to Vista 14’s client base and prospects. He is a methodical problem solver who consistently reaffirms the notion of “possible” with internal and external stakeholders. He delivers on the company’s brand promise by building and leading forward-thinking, adaptable agency teams focused on the ever-evolving needs of brands, buyers and consumers.

Al’s strategic guidance has transformed the organization into a nationally-recognized digital powerhouse. He brings 20+ years of creative and user experience design, including User Interface design (UI), branding, demand generation and search engine optimization. His leadership is driving the creative resurgence and quality of service that has elevated the company’s position in both the Houston and national markets based on recent creative awards won.
